Jazz Villa sits on a quiet hillside in Chocolate Hole on the west end of St. John. Our house faces south and west and provides beautiful 180-degree views that include St. Croix, Hart Bay, Chocolate Hole Harbor, St Thomas, romantic Caribbean sunsets, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. The oversized lot that surrounds Jazz is filled with colorful and mature tropical landscaping and the villas overall atmosphere is peaceful and serene. This location also provides enough privacy for discreet clothing optional sunbathing and the south facing pool and deck get sun from 9 am to sunset. Although you feel quite removed from civilization, the delicious restaurants and lively bars of Cruz Bay are an easy 7-10 minute drive, and the beach bar and restaurants at the Westin Resort are less than a 5-minute drive.

Jazz Villa is a home where the pool is the center of the design. The oversized pool measures 40 x 18-feet, which makes it one of the islands largest and it bakes in the sun and stays warm and welcoming throughout the year. The very functional and popular design of Jazz accents space and privacy. The main entrance is on the upper level and you enter into the great room which houses the living, dining and kitchen areas. The two upper level bedrooms are on both ends of the great room. The pool is on the south side of the great room and the huge surrounding sundeck runs the length of the house. Two sets of stairs (1 interior, 1 exterior) lead to the two master bedroom/baths and patios on the lower level.

The 4 large, air conditioned bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens) are located on opposite ends of the villa on both levels to insure maximum privacy. All bedrooms open through screened sliding glass doors to the pool deck (upper) or private patios (lower). All bedrooms have private tiled baths. The lower left bedroom is accessed by interior stairs, while the lower right is served by exterior stairs

The wicker furniture in the living area is both comfortable and attractive. Vaulted ceilings, tiled floors and a handsome stonewall add to the tropical environment, while oversized sliding glass doors merge the tiled pool deck and interior living areas. Cable color TV/DVD, a stereo/CD and Wi-Fi internet are provided. The interior dining table seats 6-8 and there is also a dining table seating 6 on the pool deck. The remodeled kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar and island. The kitchen has tiled countertops and mahogany cabinets and is well equipped with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker along with complete cookware and dinnerware. A gas barbecue grill is on the deck along with a private shower and the washer/dryer is on the lower level. Beach chairs, all linens and towels and telephones are provided.
